SAFETY CHAIN
Your baler is equipped with a safety chain ,
depending on local road regulations as well as for
safety purposes in some countries.
The safety chain / cable must be hooked around a
sturdy point of the tractor and must be able to retain
the baler in the event of accidental loss.

TRACTOR HYDRAULIC BRAKE
CONNECTIONS (where fitted*)
(*) According to the local Road Traffic Regulations.
If the baler is equipped with a hydraulic brake system,
the tractor must have the corresponding supply line
and connector.
Ensure your tractor has a standard single line
hydraulic brake connection according to ISO 5676
(3/8in).

When connected to the tractor hydraulic brake
system, the baler brakes operate in conjunction with
the tractor brakes.
Install the hydraulic brake line of the baler to the
tractor.
DANGER
Always lock the tractor brake pedals together, both for
highway travel and for field operation when the
hydraulically or pneumatically braked baler is attached.
