Keep the power contacts clean by wiping them with a soft, dry cloth or
a cotton swab. Dirty power contacts can cause poor contact and de-
crease charging efficiency.

Align this port with the infrared communication port of the Rugged PDA for IrDA data
communication.
w The Rugged PDA detection switch
This switch detects when the Rugged PDA is correctly mounted on the Bridge Satellite
Cradle.
e Status lamp
POWER OFF: Power OFF
Green: Power on, the Rugged PDA is mounted correctly
Red: Power on, the Rugged PDA is not mounted
DATA Indicates the data communication status.
Off: No communication
Flashing Green: Communicating
Red: Bridge Satellite Cradle connection problem
LINE Off: System not operational
Green: System operational
