What to do if wedges do not penetrate into the wood with Cassese 910 JR Industrial Equipment?

If wedges do not penetrate into the wood when using Cassese Industrial Equipment, several factors could be at play. You might be using incorrect wedges, so switch to hard wood wedges. Check the pressure gauge readings, as inadequate stapling pressure can be a cause. Ensure the plunger speed and wedge firing are synchronized, adjusting button T clockwise if needed. For small mouldings, use side bars, as the plunger might be resting on fences M&N instead of contacting the moulding. A broken hammer, a clogged sub-assembly, or a broken/over-extended tension spring could also be responsible; replace the hammer or spring (PART 6520), or have the hammer cleaned. Finally, check the compressor pressure and hose connections, including the foot-pedal, in case there's a loss of pressure during firing.
