Problem Possible solutions

Fault in the temperature sensor
of the ceramic hob - short-
circuit.
Check the connection or substitute the
temperature sensor of the ceramic hob.
E2
Eb
E3
High temperature of the hob
sensor.
Wait for the hob temperature to return to
normal.
Press the On/o button to restart the
product.
E4
Fault in the temperature sensor
of the insulated-gate bipolar
transistor
- open circuit.
Substitute the power supply board.
E5
E6
Insulated-gate bipolar transistor
high temperature.
Wait for the transistor temperature to
return to normal.
Press the On/o button to restart the
product.
Check if the fan operates as usual, if not,
substitute the fan.
E7
The voltage of the power supply
is lower than the rated voltage.
Check if the power supply operates
correctly.
After connecting to the mains, the
product turns on as usual.
E8
The voltage of the power supply
is higher than the rated voltage.
U1 Fault in the communication.
Reconnect the display board and the
power supply board.
Replace the power supply board or
display board.
