the control panel and PC couldn’t be activated during this time the keypad buzzer of the system will sound a long error beep. Next, the control panel will call back again the “PC phone number” for
2 more times and the keypad buzzer of the system will sound a long error beep each time the communication between the control panel and the PC could not be activated. Please note that if the
digital communicator is enabled by programming and the corresponding reporting codes - PC connecting/disconnecting - were programmed in the [061] and [072] programming sections, after the
first verifying of the passwords, the control panel will first report these codes to the central station and only then will dial back the “PC phone number”.
Option 5 and/or option 6 if enabled, in case of entering the ambush by any user and/or keypad lockout because of too many wrong codes, will generate an alarm and the siren will sound
for the burglary programmed time.
Section [036]: Delay timer 1/ Delay timer 2
While system is within “main programming menu”, to set the delay timer 1 and delay timer 2, select section [036] and then enter 2 groups of 3 digits each (001 to 255 seconds).
The default delay timers are both 30 seconds.
After the first 3 digits, the keypad buzzer will sound 3 beeps and after the last 3 digits it will sound 6 beeps; the panel exits the [036] programming section and will wait for a new
command to enter another section.
Press [#] key instead of the 3 corresponding digits if modifying of any timing is no longer desired.
To exit the “main programming menu”, press [#] key.
Example: If the delay timer 1” is to be set to 10 seconds and the delay timer 2” is to be unchanged, enter: |010||#|. After the first 3 digits the keypad buzzer will sound 3 beeps and after
pressing the [#] key, the keypad buzzer will sound 6 confirmation beeps and the panel exits the section, waiting for a new command to enter another section. To exit the main programming
menu”, press [#] key gain.
Notes:
1. The “delay timer 1” applies to all zones defined as “delayed 1type and the “delay timer 2” applies to all zones defined as “delayed 2 type; if partitions were allowed by programming in
the [020] section, each entry delay time applies to the partition which has assigned the respective delayed zones and if partitioning was not allowed, both entry delay times apply to the
system (because all the zones belong to the system in this case).
2. The delay timers set the periods of time permitted between the first violation of any delayed zone and the system/partition disarming. Once the system/partition is armed, first violation of
the delayed zones will start the appropriate delay timer, giving to the user enough time to enter the premise and to disarm the system totally or partially. The user must disarm the
system/partition before the appropriate delay timer elapses or the system will generate an alarm. If a delayed zone triggers the alarm, the system or the appropriate partition will switch to
an instant working mode which will be signaled by a fast blinking of the corresponding ARMED LED (the alarm was once triggered by a delayed zone and all the zones usually of delayed
type will respond as instant type in the respective partition).
3. For the delay timers 1 and 2 any value from 000 to 999 may be entered, but the panel will automatic adjust the introduced value by modulo 256 and will record the result in
memory as programmed value. If the result of adjustment is 0 (the delay timer is set as 0), then the zone which is usually of delayed type will respond as instant type and will trigger
the alarm once it is violated. So, when any user enters the protected area through the delayed zone to disarm the system/partition, unexpected alarms will be triggered by this zone!
Section [037]: Exit Delay 1/ Exit Delay 2 Timers

The default exit delay times are both 60 seconds.
After the first 3 digits, the keypad buzzer will sound 3 beeps and after the last 3 digits it will sound 6 beeps; the panel exits the section and will wait for a new command to enter
another section.
Press [#] key instead of the 3 corresponding digits if modifying of any timing is no longer desired.
