5.1 Installation
Die Installation des Dampfautomaten und des
Zubehörs gehört zur Dampfanlage und unterliegt
ebenfalls den erstmaligen Prüfungen vor
I
nbetriebnahme durch eine zugelassene
Überwachungsstelle oder eine befähigte Person
entsprechend den nationalen Vorschriften für die
Aufstellung und den Betrieb einer Dampfanlage.
Die Dampfanlage ist entsprechend dem
separaten Installationsschema zu erstellen. Dabei
s
ind insbesondere zu beachten:
1. Der Aufstellraum muss belüftet und frostfrei
sein. Umgebungstemperatur max. 40°C.
Bei Umgebungstemperaturen über 40°C
empfehlen wir den Einsatz einer optionalen
Schaltschrankkühlung zum Schutz vor
erhöhtem Bauteilverschleiß.
Bei Schaltschrankinnenraumtemperaturen
über 55°C erlischt die Betriebszulassung, da
sicherheitsrelevante Bauteile Schaden nehmen
können.
Relative Luftfeuchte 5 – 95%.
Keine Betauung DIN EN 60068-2-30.
Luftdruck (Betrieb) 795 – 1080 hPa.
2. Installation von Rohrleitungen für Dampf,
Kondensat, Wasser, Gas und Heizöl nur durch
Fachinstallationsunternehmen mit entspre -
chenden Zulassungen und Qualifikationen.
3. Werkstoffe und Armaturen müssen für die
auftretenden max. Drücke und Temperaturen
zugelassen sein.
4. Der Aufstellraum muss den jeweils für die
Aufstellung von Dampf- und Feuerungsan -
lagen nationalen Vorschriften entsprechen.
5. Querschnitte für Dampf-, Kondensat-, Wasser-,
Öl- oder Gasleitungen müssen für die
aufzustellende Dampfanlage ausgelegt sein.
Vorgegebene Höhenunterschiede sind zu
beachten, siehe Seite 30.
6. Die Abgasanlage ist für die installierte
Feuerungsleistung auszulegen.
7. Der Kesselaufstellraum muss genügend be-
und entlüftet sein.
8. Die Dampfanlage ist so aufzustellen, dass alle
notwendigen Wartungen ausgeführt werden
können mit entsprechender Zugänglichkeit.
9. Im Verkehrsbereich liegende heiße Rohrlei -
tungen und Armaturen müssen mit Berüh -
rungs schutz oder Isolierung versehen sein.
10. Das Bedienpersonal des Dampfautomaten
muss über die Funktionen und die
erforderlichen Wartungsarbeiten an
Armaturen und Dampfanlagenzubehör
informiert und unterwiesen werden.
11. Nach einer erstmaligen Inbetriebnahme sind
alle Schraub- und Flanschverbindungen in der
Installation in kaltem Zustand nachzuziehen.
Insbesondere bei Flanschverbindungen kann
der Anpressdruck von Dichtungen durch
Dehnung der Verbindungsschrauben zu
gering sein.
12. Schmutzfänger in Dampf- und Kondensat -
leitungen regelmäßig säubern.
5.1 Installation
The installation of the steam generator and of
the accessories belongs to the steam system and
is also subject to initial tests before
c
ommissioning by an approved inspection agency
or a qualified person in accordance with the
national regulations for the installation and
operation of a steam system.
The steam system is to be created in accordance
with the separate installation scheme. The
f
ollowing points have to be observed in particular:
1. The installation room has to be ventilated and
frost-free. Ambient temperature max. 40°C.
At ambient temperatures over 40°C we
recommend using an optional control cabinet
cooling unit to protect against component
wear.
At inner control cabinet temperatures above
55°C the operating approval expires since
safety-relevant components can be damaged.
Relative humidity 5 – 95%.
No condensation DIN EN 60068-2-30.
Air pressure (factory) 795 – 1080 hPa.
2. Installation of piping for steam, condensate,
water, gas and heating oil only by specialist
installation companies with corresponding
approvals and qualifications.
3. Materials and fittings have to be approved for
the maximum pressures and temperatures
occurring.
4. The installation room has to fulfill the
respective national regulations for the
installation of steam and combustion systems.
5. The cross-sections for steam, condensate,
water, oil or gas lines always have to be
dimensioned for the steam system to be
installed. Observe the specified height
differences, see Page 30!
6. The waste-gas system is to be designed for the
installed combustion output.
7. The boiler installation room has to vented and
aerated sufficiently.
8. The steam system has to be installed so that
the corresponding access is available for all
the required maintenance work.
9. Hot piping and fitting lying in the areas of
possible contact have to be equipped with
contact protection or insulation.
10. The operating personnel of the steam
generator has to be informed and instructed
in the functions and the required maintenance
work for the fittings and steam system
accessories.
11. After the initial commissioning all the screwed
and flanged connections in the installation
have to be tightened up in a cold state. In
particular at flanged connections the contact
pressure of seals can be insufficient through
the expansion of the connecting screws.
12. Clean the dirt traps in the steam and
condensate lines regularly.
