.3 Preservation for longer standstill
T
he pressure system has to be preserved when
steam generators remain out of service for
longer than 4 weeks in order to prevent
corrosive damage.
T
he following preservation solution is required to
this purpose:
Fill up the complete pressure system from the
feed water line to the pump up to the steam
valve as well as the start-up line.
9.3.3 Preservation solutions
The safety data sheets of the additives have to
be observed when producing the preservation
solution!
1. Prepared with CERTUSS preservation solution:

9.3.2 Using the solution
1. Close the main steam valve (20) slowly at an
operating steam generator.
2. Switch off the steam generator manually at
min. 5 bars steam pressure.
3. Open the blowdown valve completely and
drain the pressure system completely, then
close the blowdown valve again.
4. Empty the feed water tank completely and
then fill it again with the amount of soft
water specified under Section 9.3. When the
amount of water is reached, close the manual
valve in the soft water feed line.
5. Open the hand hole in the feed water tank
and fill in concentrated additives in the
quantities specified under Section 9.3.1 and
mix well.
6. Close the hand hole again.
7. Open the start-up valve (19).
8. Touch the "System" icon in the display.

ei Dampfanlagen, die länger als 4 Wochen
außer Betrieb bleiben, ist das Drucksystem zur
Verhütung von Korrosionsschäden zu
konservieren.
H
ierzu werden folgende Mengen
Konservierungslösung benötigt:
Das gesamte Drucksystem von der
Speisewasserzuleitung zur Pumpe bis zum
Dampfventil sowie die Anfahrleitung auffüllen.
9.3.3 Konservierungslösungen
Bei der Herstellung der Konservierungslösung
sind die Sicherheitsdatenblätter der
Zusatzmittel zu beachten!
1. Mit CERTUSS Konservierungslösung
angesetzt:
2. Mit handelsüblichem Frostschutz angesetzt:
9.3.2 Lösung anwenden
1. Bei in Betrieb genommenen Dampf auto -
maten das Hauptdampfventil (20) langsam
schließen.
2. Bei min. 5 bar Dampfdruck Dampfautomat
von Hand ausschalten.
3. Abschlämmventil (57) vollständig öffnen und
Drucksystem komplett entleeren, danach
Abschlämmventil wieder schließen.
4. Speisewasserbehälter komplett entleeren und
danach wieder mit der unter Punkt 9.3
angegebenen Weichwassermenge auffüllen.
Bei Erreichen der Wassermenge Handventil in
der Weichwassernachspeiseleitung schließen.
5. Handloch am Speisewasserbehälter öffnen
und konzentriertes Zusatzmittel in Mengen
wie unter Punkt 9.3.1 angegeben einfüllen
und gut mischen.
6. Handloch wieder schließen.
7. Anfahrventil (19) öffnen.
8. Im Display das Symbol „System“ berühren.
