  If your CH Amplifier M1.1 has no power, start by checking both AC power cords and the power switch located at the back of the unit. Then, inspect the mains fuses on the AC power cord receptacle. Check all three fuses and replace them if needed. The correct fuses are: High power: T16A for 230V mains and T32A for 100V and 115V mains; Small signal: T1.6A for 230V mains and T3.15A for 100V and 115V mains; Standby: T250mA for 230V mains and T500mA for 100V and 115V mains.

  If you're experiencing a general lack of sound from your CH Amplifier, ensure that your audio source is actively playing. Confirm that your M1.1 amplifier is powered on and that the loudspeakers are correctly connected. Also, verify that the system volume isn't set too low. Make sure the correct input is selected on both your D/A controller or preamplifier, and on your M1.1 amplifier itself. Finally, check that the correct amplifier mode is engaged.

  If a software update fails on your CH Amplifier M1.1, try the Emergency Software Update procedure. If it continues to fail, download the latest M1.1 firmware from www.ch-precision.com. Prepare a software update image on a FAT32 formatted USB stick and attempt the Emergency Software Update procedure again.

  If your CH Amplifier M1.1 displays '7' and there is no sound, your unit is muted. The display area 3 7 must be off for the unit to output a signal. Unmute the unit using the top front panel push button.
