F1: Check tyres
1 Hoist the automobile. See Section 100-02 for
relevant information.
- Check the unbalanced abrasion of inner
edge and outer edge abrasion of the tyre or
sawtooth abrasion.
Does tyre have unbalanced abrasion?
Yes
Replace the excessively abraded tyre.
Check wheel alignment. Test and run the
system to determine if it is normal.
No
Switch to F2
F2: Check sunken tyres
1 Check the sunken tyres.
• Is tyre sunken?
Yes
Replace the tyre. The tyre is dynamically
balanced See Section 201-03 for relevant
information. Test and run the system to
determine if it is normal.
No
Confirm the failure customer described.
