TROUBLESHOOTING
Before to release the device to the final customer, the Final Test must be done, passed at 100 % and
registered in the doc (Page 50, 56, 64 or 67)
Unplug the device from the mains first
ESD equipment is required to touch the PCBA
6.1. NO POWER: If your device doesn’t turn on correctly
Don’t touch inside the device when it’s on power.
Take the measure only and turn off the device just after.

Condition:
Power cord ok and correctly connected
Mains switch power on I
No blue light on the “ON/OFF button” on the top of
device
Verification:
Open the device (refer to P36) and check these points:

Check if you have the power after the power connector

If no :
• Check the tension in the wall socket
• Check the power cord

If no : unplug the device from the mains and try to
change the power connector (P50)

Check if you have the power after the mains switch
-
If no :
• Check if the mains power switch is on I
• Check the cables and connections between the
power connector, the mains power switch and
power supply
-
If no : unplug the device from the mains and try to
change the mains switch. (P50)

Check if you have the + 24 V on the power connector
after the power supply
-
If no :
• Verify the cable and connection
-
If no : try to change the power supply
• If you have the 24 V
• Try to change the Control Board
