ATTACHING TRAY BRACE / ADDING OIL
FINAL STEP BEFORE
ATTACHING TRAY:
TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS
1. Slide the tray brace (D) onto the dump brace extensions as shown. Use M8 x 40mm hex bolts (V) and hex nuts (T) to secure.
NOTE: there are two heights the tray brace can be set at. Tallest setting = plastic trays. Shortest setting = non-standard tray
(customer supplied).
Now it's time to tighten all bolts and screws with a wrench.
Be sure they are snug, but don't over-tighten.
Test the unit before mounting the tub to the frame.
2. Remove oil plug bolt using a wrench and add all oil provided in squeeze bottle (X). Add slowly until bottle is empty. NOTE: Motor will
not be full. The Chore Warrior motors only need 7-8 ounces of oil. Wipe off any excess oil with a rag. Replace bolt; turn clockwise and
tighten using a wrench. Do not over-tighten.
