Unit will not cool to setpoint. 1. Inadequate cooling water fl ow. 1. Open cooling water supply
line more and assure
adequate pressure.
2. Cooling outlet obstructed. 2. Check cooling outlet for
obstructions.
3. Heater contactor fused closed. 3. Check voltage across
contactor during cooling cycle.
4. Controller needs to be tuned. 4. Check factory MENU settings,
page 35 of this manual.
