How to clear HIGH TEMP alarm on Chromalox Controller?
    • J
      Jasmine PerryAug 4, 2025
The 'HIGH TEMP' alarm on the Chromalox Controller indicates that the sensed temperature is higher than the Hi Temp Setpoint. The alarm will automatically clear when the sensed temperature falls below the Hi Temp Setpoint.

Why does LOW TEMP alarm appear on Chromalox Controller?
    • M
      mejiajenniferAug 10, 2025
The 'LOW TEMP' alarm on the Chromalox Controller indicates that the sensed temperature is lower than the Lo Temp Setpoint. The alarm will automatically clear when the sensed temperature rises above the Lo Temp Setpoint.

What to do if GFEP alarm is triggered on Chromalox Controller?
    • A
      arielstewartAug 17, 2025
The GFEP alarm on the Chromalox Controller is triggered when the sensed GFEP current exceeds the GFEP setpoint, causing a trip. If the sensed GFEP current is less than the GFEP setpoint, the output will remain at the selected output percentage. The alarm will clear automatically when the sensed GFEP current falls below the GFEP setpoint. If the output goes to 0% (OFF) while in the alarm state, it will remain off until the alarm is reset. If the output remains at the selected output percentage, a manual reset of the GFEP Alarm may be needed. The output will go to 0% (OFF) until the alarm is reset.

How to fix HI CURRENT (LOAD) on Chromalox Controller?
    • D
      daydianeAug 22, 2025
The 'HI CURRENT' alarm on the Chromalox Controller indicates that the sensed load current is higher than the Hi Current Setpoint. The alarm will automatically clear when the sensed load current falls below the Hi Current Setpoint.

What to do if LO CURRENT (LOAD) shows on Chromalox Controller?
    • S
      Stephen WhiteAug 28, 2025
The 'LO CURRENT' alarm on the Chromalox Controller means the sensed load current is lower than the Lo Current Setpoint. The alarm will automatically clear when the sensed load current rises above the Lo Current Setpoint. Note that if your output is turned OFF, GFEP and Load values will not be updated.
