1 DESCRIPTION
1.1 Description
The MANTA is a digital microwave barrier from CIAS, for internal and external volumetric
protection. The system can detect the presence of somebody or something moving within the
sensitive field created between a transmitter (Tx) and a receiver (Rx).
The received signal is processed digitally and analysed with “Fuzzy” logic in order to obtain the
maximum performance and a minimum false alarm rate.
The MANTA is available with the following field ranges:
- MANTA / 50 Range 50 metres
- MANTA / 80 Range 80 metres
