• When prompted to enter the leaf area, choose the default as this will not matter once closed
system is chosen.
• The flow rate should be doubled or increased from the default of 0.3 lpm to 0.6 lpm. When
using the canopy chamber, only the single fan in the analyzer controls air flow, since there is no
separately powered fan in the canopy chamber attachment like in leaf chambers.
• Choose “C” for closed system.
• Enter the volume of your chamber in liters.
• Choose the length of time (in seconds) to allow the analyzer to run or choose a change in CO2
concentration to end at.
