Operating Modes
The following operating modes are supported by the 1570 series access points:
• Unified modes:
– FlexConnect
– Local Mode
• Workgroup Bridge (WGB) mode
• Monitor mode
• Spectrum Expert Mode mode
• Sniffer mode
• Mesh modes:
– FlexConnect over Mesh
– Meshing to other Cisco Aironet access points, such as the 1550 series, 1530 series, and also
Cisco Aironet indoor mesh access points.
– Backhaul on 2.4 GHz link.
• Bridging:
– Point-to-point bridging
– Point-to-multi-point bridging
