The following features are introduced in Cisco IOS XE Release 3.12S.
Cisco ASR 902 Router Chassis
The compact 2-rack-unit (RU) routers provides high service scale and flexible hardware
configuration.The routers support up to four interface modules. The router supports both AC and DC
redundant power supplies. For installation information, see the Cisco ASR 902 Hardware Installation
Guide.
New Software Features in Cisco IOS XE Release 3.12S
The following features are introduced in Cisco IOS Release 3.12S.
• IP SLAs TWAMP Responder
• Network Time Protocol (NTP) Timestamping
• Auto-IP for SVI, Port Channel and VRF
• Autonomic Networking
• BGP Accumulated IGP
• TWAMP Responder with RFC Compliance
