Edit the Server Name of Your BroadSoft Directory
Procedure
Step 1 Press Contacts.
Step 2 Select the Broadsoft directory.
Step 3 Press Option.
Step 4 Select Edit Settings.
Step 5 Select Host Server.
Step 6 Press Edit and modify the server entry.
Step 7 Edit the Host Server field.
Step 8 Press Save to apply the change.
Edit User ID of Your BroadSoft Directory
Procedure
Step 1 Press Contacts.
Step 2 Select the Broadsoft directory.
Step 3 Press Option.
Step 4 Select Edit Settings.
Step 5 Select UserID.
Step 6 Press Edit and modify the user id of your Broadsoft Directory.
Step 7 Press Apply to save the change.
Step 8 Edit the User ID field.
Step 9 Press Save to apply the change.
