User administration, continued
Editing user details
Follow these steps in order to edit an existing user account:
1. Click the name of an existing user to open the Editing
user window.
2. Edit the details.
3. Click Save to save the changes or Cancel to go back one
step without storing the information.
Deactivating a user account
Follow these steps in order to deactivate a user account:
Always keep at least one user with ADMIN rights
Active.
1. Open the Editing user window by clicking the name of the
user.
2. Set the Status to Inactive.
3. Click Save to save the changes.
Deleting a user account
Follow these steps in order to delete a user account:
Always keep at least one user with ADMIN rights.
1. Open the Editing user window by clicking the name of the
user.
2. Click Delete.
