QUICK START GUIDE
BT Broadband Voice & Hosted VoIP
CISCo SPA303 IP PhonE - GETTInG STARTED.
ConnECTInG A CISCo SPA303 IP PhonE.
Assemble the Cisco SPA303 IP Phone as advised in its user
guide connecting the Ethernet cable into the LAN socket
(marked SW on the Cisco SPA303) and into any of the free
yellow Ethernet sockets on the back of your BT Business Hub.
Insert one end of the power cord into an outlet and insert the
other into the DC outlet on the underside of the phone.
The phone will start and the mute, headset and speaker
buttons will light up and the line buttons will go orange as the
phone provisions your service (this will take approximately 2
minutes). Once this has taken place your phone will display
“BT” and a VoIP line button will turn green and display your
VoIP telephone number.
You will now be ready to make calls.

This website has two main areas:
1. Add or Activate services
This tab will allow you to manage your Broadband
Voice service; you can also add more lines, add
geographic numbers, buy Cisco SPA303 IP
phones, and download software to enable you to
make calls from your PC.
2. Manage my services
Here you can manage your calling features,
including:
Call forwarding
Call barring
Speed calling
Find-me-Follow-me
Call rejection
Set reminder calls
Log into the VoIP portal using your Broadband Voice Telephone number
and the password that was emailed to you.
