Media (Paper) and Ribbon
This chapter describes all of the types of media available for this printer and how to load the media
and ribbon. Unless otherwise specified, the term 'media,' 'paper,' 'page,' 'labels,' or 'tags' is referring
to any media that is being printed using the printer.
4.1 Types of media
We recommend the use of CITIZEN media for optimal print quality.
Types of media available for this printer:
• Center-punched hole tag • Labels with inter-label gap
• Black mark tag • Black mark label
• Notched tag
z Tag
Media without adhesive material on the back are referred to as tags, which are often used by
cutting pieces. The holes are usually arranged on the cut-off line.
