What does Swapped Thermistor Code 9 mean on my ClimateMaster Tranquility TTV072?
    • J
      jonathan53Sep 14, 2025
If your ClimateMaster Heat Pump displays Swapped Thermistor Code 9, it means that LT1 and LT2 thermistors are swapped. To resolve this, reverse the position of the thermistors.

What to do if my ClimateMaster Heat Pump shows HP Fault Code 2 High Pressure?
    • S
      Stephanie HarrisNov 19, 2025
If your ClimateMaster Heat Pump displays the HP Fault Code 2 indicating high pressure, it could be due to several reasons: * Reduced or no water flow in cooling: Check pump or valve operation/setting and adjust the water flow to the proper rate. Also bring the water temperature within the design parameters. * Reduced or no air flow in heating: Inspect and clean or replace the air filter. Check the fan motor operation and look for air flow restrictions. Ensure the air coil is clean and the external static isn't too high. Also bring the return air temperature within design parameters. * Other causes: The unit might be overcharged with refrigerant, so check the superheat/subcooling. A faulty HP switch could also be the culprit; check its continuity and operation, and replace if necessa...
