9.1 TIMER2 General
TIMER2 mod is an 8-bit timer/counter with the following characteristics:
◆ 8-bit timer register (TMR2);
◆ 8-bit period register (PR2);
◆ Interrupt when TMR2 matches PR2;
◆ Software programmable prescaler ratio (1:1, 1:4 and 1:16);
◆ Software programmable postscaler ratio (1:1 to 1:16).
