BUCs that are AC-powered, also draw current
from the DC power input on the IF input cable
for remote alarm indication purposes only.
NOTE
Certain BUCs with external DC power
connectors may also have auto-sensing circuits,
and can be powered from either the external
connector or via the IF INPUT connector. If
both connectors are powered, the external
connector is automatically selected.
