c. The customer can increase the transmit gain on their PBX as well.
d. If all else fails, program 531# (this is not ADA compliant). This marks the call as answered
when it dials out, whether the call is answered or not. Two-way audio will occur
immediately. It will not roll to a secondary number or redial the first number programmed.
This is a good option if the IA4100 is calling one number and that party always answers. If
the IA4100 doesn’t seem to be functioning properly, follow the steps below to test line loop
current, ring voltage and talk battery. These line levels are important to the proper function
of the IA4100.
