Install Alignment Sensor Software
To configure your sensor, install the AS200 Alignment Sensor software on a
computer that is connected to a network. The AS200 Alignment Sensor software is
available as a free download from the Cognex support site:
https://support.cognex.com/en/downloads/alignment-sensor.

Note: The AS200 Alignment Sensor software works only with alignment
sensor models. The AS200 Alignment Sensor software does not work with the
standard In-Sight vision systems or sensors.
Supported Communication Protocols
The AS200 Alignment Sensor supports two communication protocols: TCP/IP and
SLMP Scanner. You can use TCP/IP with robots and programmable controllers
(PLCs). You can use the SLMP Scanner protocol only with programmable
controllers (PLCs).
