PROCEDURE FOR CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER ON PR120H
During this operation it’s important to activate the emergency stop button!
The hydraulic cylinder
Disassembling the hydraulic cylinder from the process unit is done by first removing the 4 pcs. bolts [1] fixing the process
unit the machine frame. Then slightly rotate the process unit so there is sufficient room to pull out the hydraulic cylinder
[4] including piston [5]. Loosen the 4 pcs. counter nuts [2] and remove the torque tightened nuts [3] and washers.
Remove the hydraulic cylinder [4] and piston [5] by gently sliding out the piston from the process unit. Make sure to
have provided sufficient support to avoid damaging the piston during disassembly as the hydraulic cylinder weights
approx. 50 kg.
