TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
THE SUCTION MOTOR DOES NOT FUNCTION
1. Check that the suction motor switch is on
2. Check whether the recovery tank is full and eventually empty it
3. Check the perfect condition of the float switch (see also “CLEANING OF THE RECOVERY TANK
FILTER” under “DAILY MAINTENANCE”)
4. To reactivate the suction motor, after the intervention of the float switch, switch off and then on
again the main switch key
THE MACHINE DOES NOT START
1. The operator must be properly seated in the driving position
2. Check that the hand brake lever is completely released
3. Check that the general switch key is on
4. Check that the connector is connected to the batteries
EXCESSIVE FOAM PRODUCTION
Check that a low foam detergent has been used. If required, add a small quantity of antifoam liquid
into the recovery tank.
Remember that, when the floor is not very dirty, more foam is generated. In this case dilute the
detergent more.
