5.3 Parking Calls
The Call Park / Call Park Answer features allow you to “park” a call at
any extension. It is also used to retrieve a parked call from any extension.
You park and retrieve calls by dialing the Call Park code (Func + 7 + 3)
followed by the extension number.
To park a call, perform the following steps.
1. While connected to an outside line call, press Func + 7 + 3, or
press the feature button assigned as CALL PARK (if available).
2. Dial the extension number where you want to park this call, or
press its DSS button (if applicable).
The system parks the outside line call at the extension you speci-
fied.
3. Hang up the phone or proceed with other system functions.
To pick up a parked call, perform the following steps.
1. While the phone is idle, press Func + 7 + 3, or press the feature
button designated as CALL PARK (if available).
2. Dial the extension number where the call is parked, or press its
DSS button (if applicable).
3. The system connects you to the call.
