9. Notwithstanding the exceptions as in article 5 – paragraph 2 , anyone releasing
EEE containing substances listed in article 5- paragraph 1 after the 1st of July
2006, will be fined between 50 and 500 Euros for each unit released, or between
30,000 and 100,00 Euros.
