What to do if I can't get connected to the Internet with my Conceptronic C150BRS4 Wireless Router?

If you're having trouble connecting to the Internet, first check the Internet connection status in the router's 'Status' -> 'Internet Connection' menu. Ensure your PPPoE / L2TP / PPTP user ID and password are correct. Try connecting a computer directly to your Internet service provider's device to see if you can get a connection. Resetting both your router and the device provided by your Internet service provider might also help. If you can access the Internet using an IP address but not a hostname, review your DNS settings. Sometimes, the Internet may just be slow, so be patient. If you still have issues, contact your Internet service provider to check for any problems on their end. Also, check URL/Keyword filter. Try again later.
