SETTING UP
4. Usi ng left hand, move red safety lock to the ri ght, and at the same ti me, li ft
up on foldi ng lock bar - hold in posi ti on unti l fold begi ns. Fig. 10 & 11

6. Push i n gray detent buttons on the handle, and rota te handle back on to chai r.
