Putting food into the combi steamer
1.
Lift the tray guard bar at the front of the loading trolley
and swing it to the left side.
2.
Place the food inside the loading trolley.
Start from the bottom.
Make sure to always slide bakeware, sheet pans, and
shelf grills in all the way to the tray guard bar in the
back.
Check to make sure that the bakeware, sheet pans, and
shelf grills have been slid in correctly as indicated in
“Placing Food Containers in Size X.10 Appliances”
on
page 45 or
“Placing Food Containers in Size X.20
Appliances”
on page 46 (as applicable).
WARNING! Risk of scalding posed by hot liquids
Make sure not to load the loading trolley in such a way
that it will be top-heavy, as the trolley may otherwise
topple over when moving.
3.
Lock the tray guard bar you previously opened back in
place.
