► Making settings in the Service program
Customizing the operating parameters in the Service program (standard controls)
To customize the service values of the combi steamer, follow the steps below:
Step Action Illustration
1 Press the Cooking temperature, Cooking time and Core tem-
perature buttons simultaneously and keep them pressed for 3
seconds.
Result:
The Service program is shown on the display, which lists
service numbers, operating parameters, actual values and
notation.

Use the tilt selector switch to choose the service number.

Press the "Next" button to access the service value.

Use the tilt selector switch to set the service values.
Please note:
The modified service value is not adopted by the controller until
you have returned to the service number using the "Back"
button.

Press the "Back" button to return to the service number.
6 Turn the tilt selector switch to the right or left
Result:
The operating parameter is adopted immediately.
7
Switch the combi steamer off and then back on.
Result:
The appliance starts up with the modified operating parameters.
