8.2 Simmering Basket Use the simmering basket when you want to:
Cook Boil Steam
1. After attaching the blade, place the simmering
basket into the mixing bowl.
2. Place the assembled mixing bowl on the main unit.
3. Close the lid.
WARNING
After cooking, the handle of the
simmering basket will become too hot to pick up with
your hands. Use the hook on the side of the spatula
to remove the simmering basket (see “Removing the
Simmering Basket“ chapter).
WARNING
Do not fill the simmering basket past
its maximum capacity.
