WARRANTY
CORE™ Outdoor Power - Limited Product Warranty Statement for E 400
GasLess™ ELITE Trimmer and Accessories Sold Only in the 48
Contiguous United States of America and Canada, effective January 1,
2014.

Commercial Application
 2 Year Warranty – All products used for commercial, institutional,
agricultural, industrial, or for income producing use [e.g. professional
landscape services] will be covered by this limited warranty for two (2)
years from the original date of purchase.
EXCEPTIONS:
o CORE™ Power Cells and Power Cell chargers will be
covered by this limited warranty for failures due to defects in
material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from
the original purchase date. If upon return of the Power Cell or
a Power Cell charger to an authorized dealer for inspection, a
warranty adjustment is determined to be necessary due to a
defect in material or workmanship of the Power Cell or Power
Cell charger, [and the Power Cell is NOT MERELY
DISCHARGED], then the Power Cell and / or Power Cell
charger will be replaced free of charge to the original
purchaser (except for taxes or other legislatively-imposed
fees, where applicable).
o Polymer trimmer line cutting attachments for commercial,
institutional, agricultural industrial or income producing use
will be covered by this limited warranty for failures due to a
defect in material or workmanship for a period of thirty (30)
days from the original product purchase date. Any misuse
from contact with concrete, rocks, metal or other damaging
structures is NOT covered by this warranty.
Rental Application
 90 Day Warranty – All products used for rental or lease use will be
covered due to a defect in material and workmanship for a period of
ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase.
EXCEPTIONS:
o Polymer trimmer line cutting attachments for rental, income
producing use will be covered by this limited warranty for
failures due to a defect in material or workmanship for a
period of thirty (30) days from the original product purchase
date. Any misuse from contact with concrete, rocks, metal or
other damaging structures is NOT covered by this warranty.
