GPON deployments
The following items are required for installing the Head

Application Host/SDDP Top Of Rack (TOR) Switch Set Up Using SD-LAN as Router

Virtual Application Host Connections

Connect power and CAT6 jumper for Virtual Application Host.

SDDP TOR Connections

Connect power and copper SFP for SDDP TOR Switch.

Application Controller Connections

Connect SFPs and jumpers to Application Controllers.

Virtual Application HOST/SDDP TOR Switch Set Up Using External Router

Virtual Application Host Connections

Connect power and CAT6 jumper for Virtual Application Host to external router.

SDDP TOR Connections

Connect power, SFPs, and console cable for SDDP TOR Switch.

Application Services from External Router Connections

Connect SFPs and jumpers from external router to SDDP TOR switch.

Active Ethernet Set Up

Active Ethernet Connections using SDDP TOR

Connect Bi-Di SFP, attenuator, and jumper for Active Ethernet.

Active Ethernet Connections using SDDP Aggregation Switch

Connect SFPs and jumpers between SDDP TOR and Aggregation switches.

PON Set Up

OLT Connections

Mount OLT and connect power, SFPs, and jumpers.

Power Set Up

PSU6 Connections

Mount PSU6, insert PSM-I, connect power cord and cross connects.

Fiber Set Up

Fiber Hardware Housing Set Up

Mount fiber housing, insert panels/cassettes, terminate fiber.

METHOD A. Unicam® Connector

Use CCH panels, insert panels, and terminate with Unicam.

METHOD B. Fuselite® Connector

Use CCH panels, insert panels, and terminate with Fuselite.

METHOD C. CCH Pigtailed Splice Cassettes

Use CCH cassettes, terminate fiber, insert cassettes, route fiber.
