CTG2000ANG/CTG3000ANG/CTG5000ANG 10 Rev. 03/15/17
Operator can now begin to apply load to the wrench.
As the load is gradually applied to the wrench, the
display will show the operator the current degree of
angle being applied to the fastener.
As the wrench approaches the desired preset angle,
the alarm will emit a steady tone and the green
lights will begin to illuminate, starting at the side
nearest the controls and ending when all green
lights and the two red lights reach the desired
preset angle.
After releasing the load the display will flash
between the angle value and the related torque
value.
To change to the desired unit of measure:
1. Press the button for 2-3 seconds "node E"
appears in the display.
2. Press the button again "AU-1" appears in the
display.
3. Use the buttons to cycle through the
different units of measure until you reach the
desired value.
4. Press the button five (5) times to exit display
and proceed with applying angle load to the
fastener.
1. After reaching the desired angle, press the button.
2. Pressing the button stores the angle value.
Note: Each time a value is stored, the memory location
number increases sequentially:
n001, n002, n003 . . . etc.
NOTE: only the angle value is stored in the wrench's
memory not the related torque.
3. Pressing the button while the angle value is
flashing allows the operator to bypass this value and
not store it.
4 . Repeat steps 1 through 2 until the desired number of
torque values have been stored.
NOTE: A maximum of 50 values can be stored in memory.
The word "FULL" appears in the display when an attempt is
made to store more than the allotted maximum.
