4. Double click on the LAN connection via which D11 is connected.
– If Windows displays several LAN connections, there are probably several
network connections installed in the computer. Ensure that you select the correct
network connection, with which the computer is connected to D11. If necessary,
refer to the manual of your computer.
5. Select [Properties].
6. Mark ”Internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” and select [Properties].
7. In the ”Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) Properties” window enter the following
properties and confirm with [OK]:
”IP address:” 192.168.10.1”
Subnet mask” 255.255.255.0
8. Select [OK] in order to save the settings.
9. Close an open dialog with [OK].
You can now log in for the first time to D11 user interface. Configure the device after the
log in for a local network or choose additional settings.

4-8-1 Information on Integrating D11 into a Local Network
The following sections describe how to integrate D11 via static network settings into your
local network with a router.
In rare cases further network settings are necessary. You must configure further network
settings in the following cases.
• You want to connect the D11 via DHCP to the local network.
• A Proxy server is in the network.
• You want to make D11 available via the Internet.
