Transferring
data files
Data files can be transferred to and from your player by either using the "copy-
and-paste" or "drag-and-drop" functions. Audio tracks in MP3, WAV or WMA
file formats will be stored as data files when they are transferred from your PC;
they cannot be played by your player.
To transfer a data
file by copying-
and-pasting
1. On the left pane, locate and click the drive that contains the file you want to
copy.
2. Click the file to copy.
3. On the Edit menu, click "Copy".
4. Open the folder or disk where you want to put the copy.
5. On the Edit menu, click "Paste".
To transfer a data
file by dragging-
and-dropping
1. Click and drag the file that you want to copy to the destination folder.
2. Release the mouse button.
The selected file or folder is copied to the destination drive.
