My player seems to have frozen. Is there anything I can do?
You can reset your player. Iinsert the end of a straightened paper clip into the
Reset button. If your player is still unresponsive, call Technical Support.
Windows XP tells me that the software for the player is not certified. What
do I do?
At the time of this product's release, Microsoft strongly encouraged companies
to submit their hardware solutions for certification. If a hardware device driver
is not submitted, or does not qualify, for Microsoft certification, a warning
message similar to the one below appears.
