Change Power DIP Switch to 24VAC
and ensure you have two AA batteries
installed.
Heat or cool
call occurs but
device does not
indicate a heat
or cool call.
Improper wiring
connections.
Recheck wiring connections.
Can not enter
Auto mode.
Auto mode is
disabled in setup.
Reprogram Auto mode setting (AU) to
“S” (for single setpoint operation) or
“d” (for dual setpoint operation) (refer
to “Setup Mode

on page 20).
