5.3 Removing the top sign
Open the glass playfield doors on the end
sections and remove the light diffusers to
gain access to the top sign support
fixings.
Disconnect the mains supply, earth lead
and bob tilt cable which pass through the
top sign support tubes.
Undo and remove the securing nuts from
both of the support fixing studs
With one person at each end, the top sign
can now be lifted clear of the machine.
Take care that the trailing cables do not
foul on the ceiling cut-outs.
Refitting the top sign is a reverse of the
removal procedure. Take care to
reconnect all cables correctly especially
the earth lead.
You will need………
• A Philips screwdriver
• A 13mm open ended spanner
