6.4 Surround Sound Environment
The
CP660
is the perfect amplifier for the surround
sound enthusiast. Six separate inputs and outputs
allow for enough flexibility to fit any surround sound
setup.
The configuration that has been diagrammed in Fig.
6.4 is based on a Dolby Pro Logic
®
setup where the
rear speakers are powered from just one channel,
and the sub-woofer is powered from two channels
bridged together. If you run your system so your rear
speakers are in stereo, just take one of the outputs
that was dedicated to the sub-woofer, make sure you
are no longer in Mono Mode, and apply it to your
other rear speaker.
