Issue

CoCo will
not connect
to a LAN to
update.
Connections
are loose.
Verify all connection.

for access to the LAN.
The CoCo IP
settings are
not configured
properly.
Enter the main menu by pressing
Setup. Select Connections, the F5
(IP Setup) to configure the
Ethernet connection. Contact the
network administrator for the
correct settings for the LAN.
EDM
installation
fails.
The user
account does
not have
administrator
privileges.
• Check with an IT
administrator to verify that
the account can install
programs.
• Contact IT to have them
install EDM.
SQL Server
Installation
Fails.
The user
account and
computer
name are the
same.
Change either the user account
name or the computer name.
The CoCo is
not
The CoCo USB
driver is not
