Ifyouneedanewtireorotheritemsrequiredfortirereplacement,pleasecallCSCat9094450900.

DriveSystem

TheCitySlickerdrivesystemconsistsofthemotor,thepulleys,thedrivebelt,andthecushdrive.

RearWheelAlignmentandDriveBeltAdjustment

Thetootheddrivebeltshouldbeadjustedforminimalslack.

Caution!Donotovertightenthebelt.Ifthedrivebeltisovertightened,itwilladverselyaffect
motorcycleperformance,beltlife,andmotorlife.
Placethemotorcycleonitssidestand.Itisnotnecessarytoliftthemotorcycleofftherearwheelto
makethisadjustment.

Thereshouldbeapproximately1/8‐inchofverticalplayinthebelthalfwaybetweenthemotordrive
pulleyandtherearwheelpulley.
Thedrivebelt,asshownontherearwheelpulley.

TheAllenboltpositioneranditslocknutareusedtoposition
therearwheel.

Loosentheaxleboltsontherightsideofthemotorcycle.
Notethescribemarksontheaxleadjustmentblockandthe
verticalalignmentscribelineontheswingarm(toparrow).
Withtheaxleloosened,positiontherearwheelusingthe
Allenboltandnut(shownbythelefttwoarrow)suchthat
theadjustmentblockisatthesamepositionontheleftand
rightofthemotorcycle,andappropriatebelttensionis
achieved.Tightentheaxlenutandtheadjusters.

