R&R Inline Driveshaft
1. Place trike on center stand.
2. Remove rear wheels.
3. Remove the 4 collar stop bolts and remove collar
stop.
4. Remove the 3 bolts from the intermediate shaft.
5. Take a pry bar between the intermediate shaft and
rubber coupler and apply pressure to compress the
shaft away from rubber coupler. Remove
driveshaft from trike.
6. Inspect splines for wear.
7. Apply moly 52 grease to both ends of driveshaft
and intermediate shaft.
8. Reinstall in reverse order.
Specifications:
4. Lug Nuts 70 ft/lbs
5. Intermediate shaft bolts 45 ft/lbs
