Center Cutting
Setupasshownforgrindingendmillendswitha1A1wheel.Foratwouteendmillwesetthe
indexing collar to 4 so that we acheive 90° indexing.
To acheive a 0.020” web in the center of the tool, position the Motor tower y axis away 0.010”.
When plunging the tool, proceed until the wheel is past the center of the tool by 0.020” (Figure 9b).
