To Store:
LATCH Connectors MUST be stored when not
in use. Loose Connectors could seriously injure
vehicle occupants in the event of a crash.
1. Fully extend the LATCH Strap. Slide each
Connector back into its storage slot until
an audible CLICK is heard.
2. Make sure Belt Tensioner and EasyLock
are closed.
3. Remove most of the slack from the
LATCH strap by pulling on the LATCH
Adjuster Strap until it lays flat through
the Belt Guides. Do not overtighten or
remove more slack than necessary.
4. Tuck the excess strap into the vehicle
seat crease to get it out of the way.
