9. Press the release button on the Load Leg
and extend it until the Foot makes rm
contact with vehicle oor. Lock Leg into
place using the rst hole that will rmly
lock it against the vehicle oor.
It may be necessary to lift up slightly on the
Base to allow the Leg to lock into the hole.
10. Place the Infant Car Seat into the Base,
and listen for a CLICK. Check that the Car
Seat is installed by lifting up on the Handle.
11. Check that the Recline Angle remains in
the blue zone on the Recline Indicator. If
not:
• Uninstall Base, adjust Recline Foot, and
reinstall, or
• Fully store the Recline Foot and use a
tightly rolled towel or pool noodle under
the Base, near the vehicle seat back.

12. Check that the L.S.P. System is being
properly used (pgs. 32-33).
